Judy W. Walker, CFRE is a professional fundraiser with experience in many different non-profit organizations. Mrs. Walker works with professional staff and volunteers to create and execute successful development plans. She has developed membership programs, annual fund campaigns, special events, major gifts programs, and capital campaigns and planned giving programs.

Mrs. Walker understands the value of donor relations and the need to build a plan to move the donor up the gift ladder. She understands the science behind the art of fundraising.

She received the Certificate of Fundraising Management from The Fundraising School at the School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). Individuals granted the CFRE credential have met a series of standards set by CFRE International which include tenure in the profession, education, professional achievement and a commitment to service to not-for-profit organizations. She serves as the president of the Coastal Georgia Chapter of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals.
